ABOUT MICHAEL

Michael Coppard originally found his passion for repairing and restoring furniture, when at the young age of 25, he would buy and restore second hand furniture to furnish his home. For the next few decades it remained a hobby, until 2002 when Michael was retrenched. This served as the catalyst that turned his passion into a full-time business. For a while Michael and his wife, Joan, owned Roy’s of Hillcrest, and once the shop closed, Micheal continued restoring and repairing furniture from his workshop at home.
